		<description>The timing of it though... Flickr is owned by Yahoo who is in the midst of a takeover battle with Microsoft, who's trying to out-Google Google, and who doesn't have a popular video site.  

They're also proving that they can add content to their site without disrupting business, therefore adding another potential revenue stream.</description>
